Time out in the mountains
After “work” comes pleasure – and so tired legs can be put up in the various saunas in the Alpina wellness area. Nothing is guaranteed to stand in the way of a new, active day of vacation!
Look forward to, among others:
- Herbal sauna
A herbal sauna is a low-temperature sauna with special herbal infusion such as chamomile, eucalyptus, mint or lemon. The essential oils have a soothing and stimulating effect through the breath and skin.
- Finnish sauna
Translated from Finnish into German, sauna means something like ‘sweat room’. It also lives up to its name, because the characteristics of this type of sauna, in addition to the very high temperatures between 80 and 100 degrees Celcius, are the very low humidity, which ranges from 10% to 30%.
- Steam bath
If sauna is too hot for you, you can find rest & relaxation in the warm water mists of the steam bath with temperatures around 50°C. A steam bath opens the pores and cleanses the skin intensively without heat stress for the circulation.
The thirst after a wonderful sauna session can be quenched at our stone pool with fresh Glemmtaler mountain water .
Rest area for relaxing hours
In addition to the various saunas, a heat bench and a spacious rest area with loungers, water beds and a water massage bed await all those seeking relaxation. Here, for example, you can also plan the next (bike) tour for the coming vacation day ;)
