Arrival & Departure: Check-In from 14.00 h, Check-Out until 10.00 h

Sauna area:
Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath and rest area with water beds

Discounts: Valid in the category Family Room and Junior Suite with 2 full-paying guests

• Children up to 6 years 100% discount
• Children from 7 to 14 years 50% discount
• Children from 15 to 17 years 20% discount
• Children from 18 years 10% discount

Baby crib:
For an extra baby bed we charge € 10,00 per day

Single room:
When booking a double room standard for single use we charge an extra fee of € 30,00 per day

Short stays:
For one night a surcharge of € 10.00 per person and
for 2 to 4 nights € 5.00 per person per day will be charged.

Pets:
Pets are welcome! Price per dog: € 8,00 per day without food.
Our four-legged guests have their own dog shower at their disposal.

W-LAN:
Free of charge in the rooms and lobby

Bike:
Bike washing area, bike cellar, heated locker for each room.

Hike:
Free telescopic hiking poles for rent, heated locker for each room.

Parking lot:
Directly at the hotel and included in the price

Snack buffet:

Daily from 18.00 to 20.00 free of charge for all Alpina guests

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations up to 1 month before the planned arrival are possible free of charge
• Cancellations from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 1 week before arrival are subject to 70% cancellation fee
• In case of no-show or early departure 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged
