All important information for your holiday with us at a glance

A – Arrival & Departure

Arrival is regularly possible between 2 PM and 8 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM.
You can check out regularly between 8 AM and 10 AM.

B – Bathrobes

Bathrobes are already available in your room.

D – Dining Hours

Breakfast in summer from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and in winter from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Our complimentary snack buffet is available daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for all Alpina guests. We kindly ask you to arrive by 7:30 PM at the latest.

B – Bicycle Storage Room

You can safely store your bicycle in the basement. You have access at any time with a code.

L – Luggage Storage & Guest Shower

If you would like to enjoy some more mountain time on your departure day, you are welcome to use our luggage storage and guest shower, including towels. Simply speak to us.

D – Dogs

Dogs are very welcome here. However, they have limited access to the dining room. Thank you for your understanding!

P – Pillows

We are happy to provide extra feather pillows or anti-allergy pillows. Just let us know.

R – Reading Material

Newspapers such as the Salzburger Nachrichten or the Kronen Zeitung are available at the reception.

P – Parking

You can park for free directly at the hotel. The parking lot is available to you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Additionally, you can use the free parking lot at the Zwölferkogelbahn, which is only a few steps from the hotel. A public, paid parking garage is also located in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, near the Reiterkogelbahn.

S – Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outside our premises.

C – Cleaning & Damages

Please note that a cleaning fee of 50 Euros or more will be charged for heavy soiling or contamination.
In case of damage, the respective amount equivalent to the damage will be charged.

S – Ski Room

Your ski equipment is safely stored in our ski room in the basement. Each room is assigned its own locker with a boot dryer.

I – Intolerances & Diet

If you have a gluten-free or vegetarian diet, please inform us before your arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every intolerance or dietary requirement, but please feel free to contact us – together we will find a suitable solution.

R – Rental

We rent hiking poles and EVOC backpacks. Please approach us if needed.
Additionally, at Rabbit Sports – the sports shop directly in our hotel – you will find everything for your favorite sport.

L – Laundry Room

You are welcome to use our laundry room in the basement. The room is equipped with a dog shower and a washing machine. Detergent is available directly from us.

W – Wellness

You can use our wellness area daily in winter from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
In summer, we kindly request registration by 10:00 AM. The sauna is then in operation from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Sauna towels are provided on site.

W – Wi-Fi

You can use our Wi-Fi for free.

P – Payment Options

We accept payments in cash, with EC card, Visa, and Mastercard.

R – Room Key Card

Your room key card also opens the main entrance door. This is locked from approximately 10:00 PM.
